Old-fashioned charm of the sky house with medieval stones for 6 people. You enter from the alley and stairs take you to the living room, kitchen with exposed stone walls and high ceilings with authentic details. A loft overlooks and frames the roof of authentic beams and tiles. From the private outdoor staircase you reach the magnificent rooftop terrace. On the ground floor is the sleeping area and the bathroom. What a wonder the alley stone houses in the historic heart of Perugia.
QUARTER:
You find yourself under the walls of the Rocca Paolina in old Perugia. The hamlet that welcomes you is the true Perugian village made up of stone houses that line the escape roads from the medieval old town. You are close to the Rocca Paolina escalator that can take you downtown or to the Piazza partigiani parking lot and Bus Center. You are near the Church of Santo Spirito and close to Porta Eburnea, Circus Square and the Carducci Gardens that will let you admire all of Perugia from above.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
a 10-minute walk takes you to Piazza Italia centre, Piazza Partigiani bus or the Pincetto Minimetro, the three main points for getting around all over Umbria.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The house is complete with TV, WI FI a double sofa bed in the living room loft, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and terrace. The 2020 renovation left all the ancient signs by highlighting the medieval stones and the beautiful roof above the living room. The new technological kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is independently heated. The room has a Double Bed comfortably accommodates 2 people and is equipped with fans.
The bathroom is in the bedroom and has a large shower. Next to the bathroom is the private bunk bed room.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The Alley is accessed through the front door of the building and the second floor is reached by a flight of stairs. Parking for your car is free along the street below Via Roma. Upon exiting the doorway you are 10 meters from Corso Cavour where parking is available for a fee and there is no ZTL. Access to the apartment is from the alley with a flight of stairs
