The bathroom is separate from the bedrooms and living room and has a comfort shower.
The flat is 10 minutes from the historical centre of Perugia from where you can reach all the destinations that are in your travel plans. From the centre of Perugia you can reach the railway station of Sant'Anna or the bus station of Piazza Partigiani in Perugia in 5 minutes or with the Minimetro go to the main station of Perugia. Famous sights nearby include the Rocca Paolina, the Palazzo della Penna and the Renato Curi Stadium and the Santa Giuliana Stadium. The Maggione Fountain the National Gallery, the church of San Pietro.

Parking is free for your car and your guests' cars. You are very close to the historic centre and this allows you to get around on foot. Access to the depandance is on the ground floor.
