This area is ideal for those seeking comfortable and relaxing accommodation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of the main tourist attractions. You will enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. You are close to the Sant'Anna station escalator, near Piazzale Europa and Piazza Partigiani. An ideal base for exploring Perugia with your car parked in the street for free.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
On foot, you can reach Piazzale Partigiani in just 15 minutes – the bus center for all destinations in Umbria, such as Assisi, Gubbio, and Spoleto – Corso Cavour – the street with restaurants and beautiful shops – and Sant'Anna Station, which are the main routes that will take you to the center in 8 minutes on foot.

The bathroom is very large and has a Relax shower.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. From the street, you enter through the front door and reach the first floor via two flights of stairs. Free parking is available at the side of the street.
