This area is made up of rolling hills, wheat and sunflower fields, centuries-old olive groves and woods that smell of rosemary and lavender. The small villages that dot the landscape such as Torgiano, Bettona, Cannara, Brufa, and Collestrada retain the authentic atmosphere of rural Umbria, with medieval walls, cobblestone streets, and silent convents. Park your cars in the free spaces around the palace and, after depositing your things in the house you will be ready for a romantic Relax. The greenery of the garden, the outdoor area with sports trails to bike, walk or ride and your evening aperitif will be the pleasure of your days along with the starry nights.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
Perugia is a living city of art, with important museums such as the National Gallery of Umbria, which houses works by Piero della Francesca, Beato Angelico, Perugino and Pinturicchio. Etruscan, medieval and Renaissance architecture blend in spectacular views, from the Etruscan Well to the Fontana Maggiore. Assisi, on the other hand, is the spiritual center of Umbria, home of St. Francis and St. Clare. The Basilica of St. Francis, frescoed by Giotto, Cimabue and Lorenzetti, is one of the world's masterpieces of medieval art. To travel the path between Perugia and Assisi, on foot or by bike or motorcycle or car, is to have a sensory and spiritual experience. The places seem designed for contemplation, for stopping to observe a hidden Romanesque church, an unexpected fresco, or the play of light on a field of olive trees at sunset. The Tiber River laps the entire area. A few minutes away is the San Francesco di Assisi Airport, a few meters from the Lidarno/ S. Egidio highway junction on the E 45; strategic to reach the major historical centers of Umbria such as : Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Trevi, Montefalco, Spoleto, Gubbio, Deruta, Todi, the green route near the Tiber, the route the Forest of St. Francis and other FAI routes.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
New, modern, technological, designed with taste and attention the apartment is nestled in the garden level of the romantic Lidarno building. A dedicated path goes to the front door of the building and then on the floor you will find the Green front door. Be fascinated at the colorful relaxing living room and the large windows overlooking the garden. The apartment is complete with Smart TV, WI FI, 1 comfortable sofa, the large living room table with comfort chairs, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with compatible capsules, toaster, refrigerator, microwave oven and full kitchenware. The apartment is independently heated and has air conditioning while there is a large double bed in the bedroom that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The bathroom is also complete with a hair dryer and separated from the bedroom by a hallway area that also separates the other single room. You will greatly appreciate the large shower that overlooks the green hillside opposite. Take your aperitif and go outside for 2 steps to let the green envelop you and pamper you as if it were chrome therapy that becomes total relaxation when your eyes meet the blue in the apartment. A book and an armchair outside are not lacking.

To access the apartment there are only a few steps from the building entrance. Then the apartment is in one floor. Parking for the car is free on site.
