At the Carducci gardens nearby, you can see all of Perugia, and from the telescope terrace you can get excited.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
In a 5-minute walk you arrive at Piazza Italia center, Piazza Partigiani bus or the Pincetto Minimetro, the three main points for getting around all of Umbria and Assisi. Nearby you will find the Carducci gardens, in Piazza IV Novembre, with the famous Fontana Maggiore, Corso Vannucci, the main street of the city, Umbria Jazz Santa Giuliana, University for Foreigners of Perugia and the Rocca Paolina, the Palazzo della Penna and the National Gallery.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are only a few steps to reach the front door. The large windows overlook the small square in front and, from the first floor, the portal of the beautiful church of San Michele Arcangelo. Paid parking is available in the Blue spaces or in the SABA Piazza Partigiani car park. The ZTL (limited traffic zone) is in effect only part of the day on weekdays and holidays.
