in a 10-minute walk you arrive at Piazza Italia center and the Piazza della Fontana (Piazza IV Novembre), the Piazza Partigiani bus or the Pincetto Minimetro, the three main points for getting around all of Umbria. The apartment is complete with Smart TV, WI FI, 1 double sofa bed, large table in the living room with comfort chairs, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with compatible capsules, toaster, refrigerator, microwave oven, and full kitchenware. All harmoniously coordinated by a recent renovation. The apartment is independently heated and has air conditioning while in the bedroom there is a large KING SIZE double bed that comfortably sleeps 2 KING people. The bathroom is also complete with hair dryer and separated from the bedroom with a clear glass in shower. You will greatly appreciate the incredible feeling of relaxation and happiness that the cozy whirlpool tub and the color therapy you can have in the shower and in the Tub will give you. The apartment is in the historical center of Perugia from where you can reach all the destinations of your travel program.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
To access the apartment there are only 2 steps separating the building entrance from the apartment floor. Once you pass the door of the building on the street level you will be able to access the apartment door. Parking for your car is free in some spaces in Brunamonti Street and in Enrico dal Pozzo Street or with a fee in the large SABA parking lot in Sant'Antonio or Ripa di Meana. The ZTL is active from midnight to 4 p.m. When the gate on Via del Roscetto is open you can reach the apartment with your car and stop for a few moments in Piazza del Duca.
