YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The flat is complete with TV, WI FI 2 comfortable sofas carpets and antique furniture that will surprise you when you enter. You will immediately notice the artistic tone of the Dimora d'Epoca characterised by the large peasant table with wall bench and large seats. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and the living room and has a large Deco-style shower embellished with a pearly white curtain that separates and protects it from the small window overlooking the alley. The wallpaper will live with you as you wake up.
The flat is 100 metres from the Sant'Anna train station and the Piazza Partigiani bus station in Perugia. Popular nearby sights include the Rocca Paolina, the Palazzo della Penna and the Renato Curi Stadium and the Santa Giuliana Stadium. The Maggione Fountain is about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot.

Car parking is free along the street below Via Roma. On leaving the door you are in Corso Cavour where you can park for a fee and there is no ZTL.
Access to the flat is by 2 steps.
