Intercity Buses – in 5 minutes you’ll reach Piazza Partigiani via the escalators and can travel to destinations throughout Umbria and beyond, such as Assisi, Gubbio, or Spoleto. Paid Parking – 10 minutes away on Via Pompeo Pellini, Piazza Partigiani, or Ripa di Meana. Minimetro – a 10-minute walk, connecting the city center to the train station or the large free parking lot at Pian di Massiano. The airport is about 14 km away and can be reached by TAXI (30–35 euros) in an 8-minute walk or by the UMBRIA LINK BUS (about 5 euros) in a 4-minute walk. The entire space has been expertly renovated with high-quality materials and great attention to detail, offering a stay that combines understated luxury, functionality, and a genuine sense of home in the heart of Perugia. The house is spread over two floors reserved exclusively for you. The living room on the first floor, the heart of the home, features a large, inviting area with a sofa for relaxing, adjacent to the kitchen, which has a dining table set under the starlight and near a window overlooking the city rooftops. The spaces are designed to strike a balance between socializing and privacy. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer (in the upstairs bathroom), kettle, Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and utensils—ideal for enjoying the home in total independence with style and functionality while preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area consists of a master suite with a medieval-style double bed and a fireplace, a second elegant and private suite with a double bed, and a third suite with a single bed. All suites offer views over the rooftops of Via della Viola, and two of them feature their own office space, ideal for working, reading, or enjoying moments of tranquility in the evening light. There are two bathrooms on the floor; the first, located in the sleeping area, features a large comfort-relax shower, and the second bathroom, also with a comfort-relax shower, is situated in the living area. The hallway is adorned with a large antique wardrobe. GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have reserved the entire apartment for their exclusive use. From the alley, you enter the house through the front door, go up the first four steps, and arrive at the Jungle Wellness Spa level. An internal staircase of about 15 steps leads to the upper level.
