GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
a 10-minute walk takes you to Piazza Italia centre, Piazza Partigiani bus or the Pincetto Minimetro, the three main points for getting around all over Umbria.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is complete with TV, WI FI 1 double sofa bed, large table in living room with comfort chairs, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator and microwave all harmoniously coordinated by a recent renovation. The apartment is independently heated and has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom which has a large KING SIZE double bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and living room and has a separate shower from the hand washing area. The terrace is the most comfort and privacy area of the house. You will greatly appreciate the incredible feeling of relaxation and happiness it will give you.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and terrace. Car parking is paid at the Mercato Coperto or Ripa di Meana parking lot. Access to the apartment is with 1 flight of stairs.
