Corso Vannucci and Piazza Italia – 2 minutes’ walk: the city’s liveliest street, with bars, restaurants and shops. Piazza IV Novembre, the Fontana Maggiore and the National Gallery – 3 minutes’ walk: the historic heart of Perugia. The University of Perugia and the University for Foreigners – 8–10 minutes’ walk: perfect for those visiting the city for study or work. City buses stop in Piazza Italia – 3 minutes to all local destinations. Intercity buses – in 5 minutes you’ll reach Piazza Partigiani via the escalators, from where you can travel to destinations throughout Umbria and beyond, such as Assisi, Gubbio or Spoleto. Pay-and-display car parks – 10 minutes away on Via Pompeo Pellini, in Piazza Partigiani or on Ripa di Meana. Minimetrò – a 10-minute walk away, it connects the city centre to the railway station or the large free car park at Pian di Massiano. The airport is about 14 km away and can be reached by TAXI (30–35 euros), an 8-minute walk away, or by the UMBRIA LINK BUS (around 5 euros), a 4-minute walk away. Upon entering the Danzetta loft, you’ll find an elegant little gem featuring a table, four chairs, a comfortable sofa with a TV, Wi-Fi and a bed for two guests. Air conditioning and heating will ensure a comfortable stay. Natural light filters through the large, framed window into your resting space, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The bathroom and shower are the jewel in the loft’s crown. They are designed to be compact and completely enclosed within a tiny corner of the home. GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire flat. From the alleyway off Via Danzetta, you enter through the main door of the large building and reach the first floor by climbing six comfortable steps.
